Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Surfora game ("Surfora", "we", "us"), listed on the app stores as "Surfora: Make Waves" and available as a mobile app for iOS and Android. By downloading, accessing, or playing Surfora, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
Who we are
Surfora is developed by Anıl Yetik, publishing as Team Yeti on Google Play and as Anıl Yetik on the Apple App Store. You can reach us at anilyetik@gmail.com. Your use of the game is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect (currently: none) and why.
Licence to play
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play Surfora for your own non-commercial entertainment. We keep all other rights.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- cheat, use bots or automation, or tamper with the game's memory, save data, or files to gain an unfair advantage;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the game except where the law expressly permits it;
- use the game to break any applicable law or to infringe anyone's rights;
- interfere with or disrupt the app stores' or platform services' operation in connection with the game.
Purchases
If in-app purchases are offered, they are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their own terms, including their refund policies. We never receive your payment details. Prices and available items may change.
Virtual content
Coins, scores, characters, colorways, and any other in-game items or progress have no monetary value, are not your property, and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside the game. We may change, reset, or discontinue them as part of operating and updating the game.
Platform services
Where available, optional platform features such as Game Center (iOS) or Google Play Games (Android) are provided by Apple and Google under their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of those features is between you and the platform.
Intellectual property
Surfora — including its code, design, artwork, the BAO and BLOB characters, sounds, the "Surfora" name, the "Make Waves" tagline, and wordmark — is owned by Anıl Yetik and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our prior written permission.
Availability & changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue the game (or any feature) at any time, and we may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above; continuing to use the game after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Disclaimer
Surfora is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, scores, or progress, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the game. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using Surfora at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or end your access to the game or its features if you breach these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If the laws of the country where you live grant you mandatory consumer protections, those protections remain unaffected.
